Abstract

Disorders of the heart (CVD). Based on data from clinical, epidemiological, and experimental research, dietary nutrients are regarded as cardiovascular-friendly natural products due to the significant cardioprotective benefits they offer cutting-edge primary and secondary inhibition of cardiovascular diseases. The effects of ω-3 (PUFA) are briefly discussed in this article. Several CVD disorders & natural foods that influence heart health, including pomegranate, walnut, onion, and garlic.
